Last night, in Bitef theatre, with performance that concluded creative workshop of the festival, TraditionAnew came to the end. After performance, there was a round table discussion.

During last day of the conference, there were three more lectures. “Expressing and Embodying Cultural Identity: an Examination of Irish Dance Practices” by Catherine Foley (The Irish World Academy of Music and Dance, University of Limerick, Ireland); “Romanticism Without Criticism: approaches and criticism of choreography of traditional dance in Serbia” by Miloš Rašić (Ethnographic institute of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Belgrade, Serbia) and “Methodics of Work with Reproductive Folklore Ensembles” by Andrija Ivančan (Artistic director of Croatian National Song and Dance Ensemble “Lado”, Zagreb, Croatia).

Later, on a boat that cruised on river Sara, TraditionAnew ended with a huge party.

Until next year, goodbye.
